McNally Robinson Booksellers and Prairie Ink Restaurant & Bakery is a retail bookseller and licensed restaurant and bakery. The company looks for experience in all areas of employment and will accept a combination of education and experience depending on the position. “We train our booksellers, but knowledge of a wide variety of books is helpful,” said Baker. “We do look for outgoing and enthusiastic people to fill our positions – the right fit is very important – especially in customer service.”
Although the bookselling industry is undergoing changes with little or no growth, the company sees a solid niche as a bookseller and forecasts continued growth in their restaurant division.
