Founded in 1999, The Winning Combination (TWC) is one of Canada's largest manufacturers of natural health products and nutritional supplements under the brands Kaizen Naturals and Bodylogix with sales in in both domestic and global markets.
At their Wilkes Avenue facility in Winnipeg, they operate a complete manufacturing process, from inception, research and development, to manufacturing and quality control, through to distribution. TWC's product line includes all natural protein powders, vitamins and mineral supplements designed to support active healthy living.
From entry-level to senior management, the company employs nearly 100 people in jobs that comprise manufacturing, quality assurance and control, operations, sales, marketing, accounting, and research and development. Entry-level positions are commonly open.
"While hard to predict, future growth will likely require us to bring in new talent throughout the organization," says Philip Portelance, Director of Human Resources. "First and foremost, we are looking for people with a positive attitude and an aptitude to learn. For some roles, college or university level education will be needed.
