It is a federally inspected abattoir regulated by the Canadian Foods Inspection Agency and the HACCP program. Winkler Meats products are sold across western Canada and they are proud partners with the Winnipeg Goldeyes, Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Winnipeg Jets.
